langford’s first rental high-rise

Ovis Group sets the stage for their vision with their first development project, Ovis One, a 10-story rental high-rise in Langford, British Columbia, on Vancouver Island. We were invited along to capture the project’s groundbreaking ceremony where major partners and stakeholders along with members of the community and municipal leadership gathered to put shovels to dirt. Once complete, the tower will offer 80 residential condos and 3 commercial units, boasting the finest in contemporary living with breathtaking views and modern amenities.

Our video captured the occasion to set it in stone, celebrating Ovis Group’s launch. The project centres on the company’s three partners: Jacky Chan, Sébastien Leboeuf, and Sean Fox, as they speak about their development to the gathered audience.
