Chasing creative content is hard. Creating it can be even harder. Our mission is to expand narrative cinema beyond its silver-screened confines, to enable its toolbox to be used across mediums. In this spirit, we believe that letting cinema run wild can transform the traditional definition of filmmaking and commercial videography alike. The video production industry standard is one of sterility. We want to change that.
Narrative cinema is our passion — nothing excites us more than telling a story through film and when we’re not working with our commercial clients, you can find us working on our next narrative production. Off-set, however, our experience in this arena affords us special insight and know-how to be able to tailor your business profile, stepping up your game and helping you reach new audiences.

Justin MacGregor
Director + Co-Founder
Justin is a director, cinematographer and producer, best known for his work in commercial videography and music videos. Working behind the camera is all he’s ever known. A keen student of cinema, Justin seeks out creative avenues lesser taken, always striving to promulgate new imagery and unexplored perspectives. With three feature length films and a slew of shorts under his belt, Justin is well-placed to deliver cinematic prowess to both narrative film and commercial projects alike.
Kristopher MacGregor
Producer + Co-Founder
Kristopher began his career in finance and graphic design. He is an author, with three novels to his name, and a fourth on the way. Looking for a new adventure, and having worked with his brother Justin on various projects through the years, the two founded Roguescots, joining forces to tackle larger projects. Kristopher serves primarily as a producer, but has worn many hats along the way, including production designer, behind-the-scenes photographer, and more.
